Section 22
Punishment of Matiar
Except as otherwise provided in this Act, Matiar of any offense punishable under this Act shall be punished with half of the punishment to be meted out to the national servant or any other person who commits such offence. However, a national servant or any other person who commits an offense shall be punished in the same manner as a person who provides cash, goods, or any other facility or benefit or takes property for committing such an offense.
